1. WordPress Maintenance Plans
1.1 15-Day Refund Window
Both the Professional (₹29,999/month + GST) and Advanced (₹49,999/month + GST) WordPress Maintenance Plans are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
- The refund applies to the first billing cycle only.
- The 15-day window starts from the date of successful payment, not from the date of onboarding or first access.
- To request a refund, you must contact us via email at contact@dharmendraasimi.com before the 15-day period expires.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
1.2 After 15 Days
After the 15-day refund window has passed:
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' written notice as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days.
- Any pending work or deliverables will be completed before the end of the billing cycle.
1.3 Renewal Cycles
The 15-day refund policy applies only to the first billing cycle. Subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid being charged.
2. On-Demand Services
2.1 Before Work Begins
On-Demand Services are eligible for a full refund before work has started. If you change your mind after placing an order but before we have commenced work, you will receive a 100% refund.
- You must request the refund via email at contact@dharmendraasimi.com.
- We will confirm whether work has started and process the refund accordingly.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
2.2 After Work Has Started
Once work on an On-Demand Service has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This includes situations where:
- We have begun any development, configuration, audit, or research work related to your order.
- Access to your website or hosting has been obtained and work has been initiated.
- Deliverables (even partial) have been shared with you.
- Third-party tools, licenses, or services have been purchased on your behalf.
2.3 Work Commencement Definition
“Work has started” is defined as any of the following actions taken by us after order confirmation:
- Logging into your WordPress admin, hosting, or server environment.
- Beginning development, design, or configuration work.
- Conducting audits, research, or analysis related to the task.
- Procuring third-party tools or licenses required for the service.
- Communicating a timeline or plan for the specific deliverable.
3. Consulting Services
3.1 Marketing & Technical Consulting
Consulting services are engagement-based and typically governed by a separate proposal or statement of work. Refund terms for consulting are as follows:
- Before the first session/deliverable: Full refund available.
- After the first session/deliverable: No refund for sessions or deliverables already completed. Unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at our discretion.
- Retainer-based engagements: Refunds for unused retainer hours are issued on a prorated basis if the engagement is terminated early by mutual agreement.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-party software licenses, plugins, themes, or tools purchased on your behalf.
- Domain name registrations or renewals.
- Hosting fees paid to third-party providers.
- SSL certificates or CDN subscriptions.
- Services fully delivered and accepted.
5. Disputes and Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, we encourage you to contact us before requesting a refund. We will:
- Review your concerns within 2 business days.
- Offer to redo or correct the work at no additional cost.
- If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to contact@dharmendraasimi.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Name]”.
- Include your order number, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
- We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Refund Processing
- Indian Clients (Razorpay): Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 7–10 business days.
- International Clients (Stripe): Refunds are credited to the original card or payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- GST Refunds: GST paid on refunded services will also be refunded in full.
8. Chargebacks
We request that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of your account and services. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Website and will apply to orders placed after the update date.
