Founder-led technology partnership

Your website, apps and automation. One accountable technology partner.

I help established businesses keep their digital systems dependable, move important improvements forward, and reduce repetitive work. You work directly with me on priorities, backed by my delivery team.

  • Direct work with me on priorities and direction
  • A delivery team behind the implementation
  • Scope and capacity agreed before we begin

When technology needs an owner, not another vendor.

Your improvement backlog keeps growing.

Useful fixes and features wait because no one owns prioritisation and delivery.

Your team repeats work between disconnected tools.

Enquiries, updates and reports move manually between systems.

You have vendors, but no clear technical direction.

Decisions, support and accountability are fragmented.

Who this is for: businesses with existing systems, ongoing improvement needs and a monthly technology budget starting at US$2,000.

Not ideal for: a single small fix, unlimited work for one flat fee, or a major rebuild expected within the starting retainer.

Maintain. Improve. Automate.

Maintain

Agreed website and app upkeep, update coordination, monitoring and backup checks.

Improve

Prioritised fixes, features, integrations and user-experience improvements.

Automate

Selected enquiry-routing, reporting, CRM handoff or document workflows.

We agree the supported systems, delivery capacity and priorities before the engagement begins. Not every area receives equal work each month, and this is not a 24/7 response, guaranteed-uptime or compliance service unless that is written into a specific agreement.

Selected projects and the problems behind them

A few examples of the kind of work this partnership grows out of. Detailed references can be shared during a fit call.

The Global Economics

The problem
A content-heavy publishing operation with the editorial and structural complexity that comes from publishing at scale.
My role
I led the technical direction; my team supported delivery.
The work
Work focused on handling publishing complexity and keeping the platform maintainable as content grew.

Flamingo Lifestyles

The problem
An interior design and custom furniture business needing its online storefront and day-to-day operations to work together more smoothly.
My role
I owned priorities and quality; my team handled implementation.
The work
Work focused on the ecommerce experience and the operational flow behind it for a design-led, made-to-order catalogue.

Arafa Inn

The problem
A website that had gone unmaintained for over two years, which the owner wanted moved onto a simpler, faster footing with lower hosting overhead.
My role
I guided the approach; my team carried out the migration.
The work
The site was migrated from an unmaintained WordPress setup to a static site, aimed at faster loading and lower hosting cost (owner-reported goals).

A clear start, then steady progress.

  1. 1

Review agreed systems, access and priorities.

  2. 2

Establish the maintenance baseline and improvement backlog.

  3. 3

Deliver the first agreed improvement or automation within available capacity.

  4. 4

Review progress and agree next priorities.

Timing depends on access, complexity and the agreed scope. This is steady, prioritised progress, not a full rebuild in the first month.

A monthly partnership, with clear boundaries.

From US$2,000/month.

Your proposal defines the systems, capacity, support hours, communication cadence and fees before you commit. Contract, any notice period, applicable taxes and any onboarding charges are provided in writing in that proposal, not left vague.

An illustrative month

A month might combine upkeep of an agreed website, a prioritised improvement, and work on one enquiry-to-CRM workflow. The final mix depends on complexity and agreed capacity. This is an example, not an entitlement to all three every month.

What is included

  • Founder-led prioritisation and technical direction.
  • An agreed set of supported systems.
  • An agreed monthly delivery allowance.
  • Agreed communication and support arrangements.
  • A progress review and next-priority plan.

Outside the retainer

  • Major rebuilds and large migrations.
  • Standalone marketing or SEO campaigns.
  • Third-party hosting, software and API fees.
  • Any work outside the agreed scope (handled as a separate approved scope).

Additional work is handled as a separate, approved scope.

More about me

Questions, answered honestly

A starting engagement typically combines agreed upkeep of the systems we support, a prioritised improvement or two, and work on a selected automation, all within an agreed monthly delivery capacity. The exact mix is set in your proposal and depends on complexity and priorities.
